Apple Pie Filling

for one pie

Syrup:

1 1/2 cups Sugar

1/3 Cup Cornstarch

1 TBSP Cinnamon

1/8 Tsp Cardamon

Mix well

Add: 2 1/2 cups water gradually while mixing so that no corn starch is clumping

Apples: Peel, Core, and Cut, and fill pan with desired amount.

Syrup: Pour syrup over apples. Use a spoon to get into any crevices.

Crust: Lattice or put cut outs on top, make sure you have air holes.

Welcome,

Our goal with our gluten-free recipes is to bring you country homestyle recipes that have been adapted from our family favorites into our gluten-free variation. We started this journey over 20 yrs ago when my family was diagnosed with a gluten and grain allergy as well as milk, nut, and egg allergies. After many years of testing feed and raising livestock, we have learned that if we feed our animals gluten-free then those with gluten allergies can in turn eat that meat or eggs. If you have any questions on changing your family favorite, then please contact us.

We are always here to help.
